General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09 det platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Account Registration and Management

To open an account with 09 det, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be cancelled.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

09 det may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card or equivalent document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is successfully completed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Report any unauthorised access to your account to the 09 det support team immediately.

2.4 Updating Information

If any personal details change (mobile number, payment method, etc.), please update your profile in a timely manner. 09 det will not be responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on 09 det are for adults aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts and participating in any gambling or betting activity.

Age must be declared at the time of registration and proof of age documents may be required if requested. Anyone who registers with a false age will have their account closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Bonus and Promotion Terms

09 det offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements that should be read carefully before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 Weekend Reload Bonus

On weekends, the 09 det reload offer gives a bonus of up to 50% of the deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount and the minimum deposit is ৳500. This bonus can be claimed by making a qualifying deposit once per weekend.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Withdrawals cannot be made after claiming a bonus until the wagering requirement is met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted
• 09 det reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as real money — wagering requirements must be met first
• Each promotion has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be considered void

General Betting Rules

09 det offers betting across various categories including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and fishing games. Each category has its own applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error. In the event of any dispute, 09 det's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to network disconnection, server error or other technical reasons, 09 det will review the data from that session and make a decision. Any imaginary winnings or bonuses arising from a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

Use of bots, manipulation or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage will result in the relevant account being closed immediately. All winnings associated with such activity will be considered void.

Account Suspension and Closure

09 det may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification
• Account being operated by a minor

7.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

Any user may request to close their account through the 09 det support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before the account is closed, provided it is not subject to wagering conditions.

11.1 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
